    You can click on "Change mobile bid adjustmen" or do it in the Adwords Editor, I always prefer to use it, because it saves me so much time!

    Because Google switched to Enhanced campaigns. You can't separate your campaigns anymore. Now Computer and Tablets are together, what you can do is to set the mobile bids as a percentage of your computers bids. You can adjust the bid between -100% and +300%. For example you bid on [keyword] £1, but you don't want mobile for this one, then you put -100%. If you want to bid higher for mobiles, you can put +100% and your bid will be £2 for mobiles only.
    You should upgrade your Editor, if you haven't yet...
