How to add keywords on wordpress site not in Posts?

So is it effective to add them? I am looking at websites and they have a Title, Description and keywords
Where do I add this keywords to my wordpress site? I am currently using yoast plugin
Shall I just make a home page and add the keywords there? Thanks
Edit: Nvm it looks like google doesn´t check anymore for this keywords
