Changing Country on AdSense

Hi, I was hoping someone can advise me.

I've checked Google's Support page on how to change country: https://support.google.com/adsense/a...72633?hl=en-GB

I don't have "Payee" and "Address" fields after the "Customer ID" displayed here, in my Account Settings. Mine goes (from the top of Acc Info): Publisher ID, Customer ID, Time Zone, Active Products, Account Status.

Any help?

I'm from UK, not one of those banned countries.

      Country is not "editable" in that area; only the address.

      I would also appreciate if anyone can refer me to a forum where people might know how to deal with the issue. There doesn't seem to be any support from the Official Google Forum, which is never useful anyway. Anybody knows how to contact AdSense Support? It says I'm not eligible, even though I have quite a bit of money of over 3 months' earnings on the line here.

    I´m not sure you can change this settings but I do know you can change settings like address if you move so money can be send to new address

      We're supposed to be able to change the country. There's no such setting in my account. I can change only the address part, but the country is not "editable".

          There are instances when you can't change the country. Perhaps you
          fall into those cases.

          According to Google's ToS, I don't. I know that for a fact. As for taking my own advice, I will -- that's why I want to change the country and extract my money out of there. It's a big chunk and there's no way I'm leaving it.
