Sudden Drop In Conversions

I am experiencing sudden drops in my conversionrates. This is the pattern:

1st Day = 2% Conversion rate
from the 2n Day on = 0,2% Conversion rate
(no changes made at all)

When I pause the Campaign for 1 or 2 weeks and then turn them back on, the very same thing happens (first really high, then really low) There were no changes made to the campaign or LP. The CTR is also very stable at 8-12%. The clicks also stay the same (about 300 a day)

• CTR stays the same (8-12%)
• Clicks stay the same (about 300 a day)
• Budget/ Clicks are maxed out (I am getting all the clicks there are)
• Nothing whatsoever changed, either on the campaign side or on the LP side

I almost assume that it's click fraud - my competitor seeing my ads and starting his thing. I have never seen anything like this before, I'm clueless.

If it's fraud Google will block them and refund you the money. How much history do you have? Fluctuations are part of every business and we all deal with them. You should look at the long term picture and make decisions on longer period.
Also check you hosting, make sure your site is up all of the time and it works well on different browsers and computers. Sometimes the issue could be very minor and the key is to test...

About 4 weeks in accumulated Ad online-time. With 3 interruptions. I took a look into my device stats - turns out users coming from mobile devices produced by far the best conversion rates (compared to desktop and tablets), which is very awkward, because:

      1) Conversionrates on mobile devices are generally known to be very low
      2) My website doesnt support mobile devices (looks like crab on them)
