Specific Romanian letters, need advice

I want to make a new site with Romanian language, but there are specific letters in Romania like: â, ă, î, ţ and a few more.

Now not everyone in Romania uses this when they talk on Facebook, Write an email, or search on google.ro. I saw a few sites that use this letters.

My question is, it is good for seo to write articles with this letters or just write them like this: Romania (in english) - România (in romanian)

If you have time and can reply please help me out.

    The reason not everybody uses those letters when typing Romanian online (and many other languages with "extra" letters - diacritics, accents etc.) is simply because they are lazy, or because their keyboards do not support them, or didn't use to support them in the past and they got into the bad habit of not using them.

    You should always write using proper orthography, i.e. according to the official spelling and writing rules, in any language, it's nothing to do with Google (honestly, Google recognises both just fine), it's because your site will look unprofessional to actual human readers - assuming you care about human visitors!

    Oh, and make sure your site encoding is set to UTF-8 to avoid any problems displaying.
