New site in Google nowhere to be seen.

How do you know that your posts are being indexed when they're not showing up in the top 1,000?

How old is the site, how many links do you have to it, and what is your anchor text diversity like?

Whenever my sites don't show up, it's usually because I built links too fast or did not diversity my anchor text enough. The solution would be to simply remove some Tier 1 links if you are able to access them.

There is absolutely no reasons to suspect that Google is sandboxing your site...

Google's ranking system is going through a sh**storm in terms of turbulence at the moment. Check MozCast - The Google Algorithm Weather Report to see this for yourself. Therefore any past trends you have seen in terms of your content ranking in certain positions due to freshness will not necessarily hold now.

I wouldn't fixate on such short term factors, as being ranked in the top 300 or 100 doesn't make a difference to your traffic or bottom line (as nobody realistically goes this far down the search results). I would advocate concentrating on building overall site authority from solid content and an even distribution of non-spammy backlinks across your site as a whole.

SEO is not a short term game any more and you should be looking at 3-6 months before seeing proper growth/traction.

Just now, the first post got ranked at position 40 without any backlinks.

Petemcal said it right when he told you to basically be patient. Here are some things you can do to gain traction:

1. Focus on creating quality content
2. Guest posting on other blogs in your niche
3. Share your posts on social media accounts
4. Grow your social media followings
5. Incorporate Google Authorship

First of all you need some patience and do some quality based off page work for your website.
Create quality based backlinks from high PR sites. Promote your site on social networking sites. Use unique and fresh content in your postings. And hope you will get the same results that you want for your website.

See You can not surely say that google sandbox is only reason..

If you are posting copy content OR irrelevant content, in that case it may be possible that Google not index your post content...do one think ...go to the webmaster tools and use fatch as a googlebot option...hope this will help you...
