Does backlinksindexer.com still work?

I was wondering if the above service still works. I have been getting very mixed results from this lately. It's not getting any of my links indexed now. I find it nearly impossible to get any web2.0 other than blogger and wordpress indexed.

    I don't know if this tool works or not, however, if you need to worry about getting your links indexed.....they probably aren't very good links to begin with...

    In my view i donot use any indexer instead of create multi-tiered link building it helps getting lower tiers indexed naturally...

    Not sure if it worked now but one i tried a similar service and found that even you get you site indexed on those sites, it is going to have a little or no effect on your website's ranking.
