Seriously....How Much do You Really Spend on CAPTCHAs in Your SEO Tiered Linking Campaigns????

Serious question - no rant - no recommendations. No criticisms. I don't do a lot of real blasting tiered link building with tools like Licorne, GSA etc. etc . I do use some web 2.0s every now and again for some diversity but light stuff.

I just read someone about a year or two ago saying that they spent $15-$25 per week so thats like $60-$100 a month. Anyway I know since then GSA and some other companies have come out with tools that should reduce that.

So in a real big tiered link building campaign what are you paying out just in captchas?

I pay $0 but I'm not sure what you consider "real big".

Like I may do 500 web2.0s, backed with 5,000 GSA links, then 10,000 GSA links + 10,000 SB links and since I use Captcha Breaker I won't spend a dime.

But at the same time Captcha Breaker is far from perfect, and GSA itself misreads a lot of verified urls. With that said, I still love the software cause its saved me a small fortune on Captchas.

I've heard of people saving some money with it but not all money on captchas. Thats interesting to know. Its really that good? I really have never got much into it like I said . I have a deathbycaptcha account I put $20 in like four months ago and still have a positive balance since I back my Web 2.0s with Pr links and so no captchas required.

Its definitely good if you ask me. Definitely not the best, but as far as value goes, its more than worth it. You basically pay $117 for something that can save thousands in the long run. Which is the reason I bought it.

It can't solve hard captchas like recaptcha, but you can set up captcha sniper with it and still save a lot of money.

I've slowed right down on the tiered drumming I once did. Since the MC words about upstream, I'm still being very cautious about those types of links and services that require captchas. The clue is in the thread title. They are spammed properties so they require captchas. Not just logins.

Not saying they don't or won't work. They obviously have done, hitherto. Keeping a cautious eye on where things go is prudent as you know, Mike.
Sorry but that logic is terrible. People are spamming the sites BECAUSE they're popular. You certainly don't avoid a link on a site just cause it has a captcha? That wouldn't even make sense.

Agreed. I don't plan on going that route myself . I prefer real juice from PR pages and even more so after Google announced they are looking at denying the "benefit upstream" to link spammers (I take that the same way you do as tiered link building in the cross hairs).

I was just looking to do a price comparison to see if in fact the way I do it isn't in fact cheaper. The captcha situation I was not sure about but seems its a lot cheaper than it used to be. Content pretty much has to be spun with blasts and a lot of people do that just two hops away from their client money site which I am not comfortable with.

So nah not to worry. If Captchas costs are zero then my way is a little more expensive but I aint switching.

LOL... I can't get cheaper than zero. I don't really do multi tiered link building. I send web 2.0s far more juice with cheap PR domains.

Just buy the GSA Captcha Breaker and run GSA with it around the clock posting to tier 2 sites that don't require captcha or use captchas that can be solved by the breaker.

I spend nothing on captchas for Tier 2, and you don't need to either and you will still get thousands of links anyway though obviously hitting the numbers will be a bit slower because you're not paying for any captchas.

Without GSA Captcha Breaker with my GSA SER running at 70-100 LPMs, my captcha cost would probably go up to $100/week.

I skip recaptchas as well except for high PR web 2.0s.
