Good and cheap don't usually go together. That being said, you might wanna try your luck with iWriter and/or HireWriter. Based on my experience, you MUST give clear and very specific instructions. Also, be prepared to reject a lot of articles.

      I can't agree more, Ed.
But in fairness to Imran, the adjectives "good" and "cheap" are two subjective words. What's good for Peter may be bad for John. What's inexpensive for Peter may be expensive for John. Vice versa.

I strongly believe that Imran knows that only zoo animals eat grass for breakfast. So I'm sure he's not looking for a $100-valued quality content for $0.50 per 100 words or anything close to free. [no sarcasm intended]

Imran, if you can disclose your expected rates for different types of writing, perhaps, lots of Warriors, and not just I, would be interested to work with you.

Imran, thank you for your reply. As a writer myself and as a service provider, I don't recommend you try saving a few bucks with spun content, not because I would want to earn more if you were to hire me (just as an example) but simply because you want your client's readers to take action.

What is that action? To buy or to inquire about your client's products being the least. If your client has budget constraints, you may professionally and kindly advise him or her to save-up until such time that (s)he can afford quality content (non-spun).

Being an online gadget store, your content should be (if not "must be") intriguing enough that "creates the need" for the reader to buy that gadget. Your minimum objective for those articles is to make the reader inquire or ask about the product being reviewed or talked about.

All these things I mentioned do not come with a price that is just enough to buy a burger in McDonalds. If I may give (again) an unsolicited advice, challenge the knowledge of those who are applying to you as a writer. Choose the ones who proactively tell you what can be done instead of you asking them first before they put on the table what they can do.

Feel free to raise your questions in this thread. If I'm available, I'll take time to respond so I can assist you, somehow, in whatever you find as a challenge, as long as it's within my area of expertise.

I'll write you some excellent, scientific, well-cited, mechanical engineering articles for a couple of hundred a pop. I'll expand that to the Smart Materials / Nano field if you double it.

  • You'll be better off in the long run paying more for higher quality, and taking the time to learn to use the articles properly. One great, properly used article is worth 1000 that are poorly written.

That being said, check out the warrior for hire section. There are some good writers there. You can also try your luck with eLance or another similar site.

    Good luck!

The key to getting a great writer without paying a big great chunk of money for their services is to take a look at the ratings and the reviews of other people that have used their services. While "good and cheap don't usually go together", sometimes they do.

I've seen that there are some good article writers offer their service on Fiverr, best thing is that we can check and pickup a writer based on their positive ratings.
