RegexNetwork is AdSense friendly. Why?

Hi! About two years ago I discovered regexnetwork.com it's advertising network. Their search ads appear at the bottom of google search result page.
They have another advertising option named interactive ads. To get paid, regexnetwork members (it's additional network - mybrowsercash.com) have to click on ads in advertiser website...
I not care about my adsense account, therefore I made experiment and advertise my website with adsense ads in this network...
From each $10 I get back about $8 to $18 in adsense ads and I get payout from adsense...
Someone know who they are and why google is so friendly with them?
