Link 'Network' Question

All the below is theoretical, is this the kind of thing SEO companies do?

1) Either Create a website with a new Domain/ Hosting or create a free webeden/ wordpress account.

2) Use something like click submit to make a few links come to the website. I'm not interested in ranking it for anything, just to create a PR2 website.

3) With this, post my blog article to make a PR2 link for websites.

From what I was told earlier, none of these should be linked to each other, only one way and should be hosted on different platform. Is there a difference between using a free website or a paid for host/domain for this?

Good SEO companies that are involved with link building,
will have established sites to post on, decent PR. In fact,
that's how big websites do it. They create a gaggle of sites
to their other ones. As in amazon, my
favorite. They have boxofficemojo and IMBD, for what?
To funnel traffic to with movie buyers...

What's funny, is the way they put it...boxofficemojo is
an IMDB company....IMBD is an amazon company...

So, instead of creating throwaway sites, just for links,
create another REAL site, and many of them. Just like amazon.
Amazon has tons of sites. They don't give a rat's hat about class
    of server or IP.

Your ownline empire links together, bumping PR, authority, etc.

If google cared about linking stuff up, then wikipedia, ebay, amazon,
go, zap2it, gasbuddy, to name a few, would suck.

Big SEO company link brokers have many outside sites lined up.

But true SEO companies are not just link builders.

You can use the free websites. Just turn them into good, stand
alone sites. Many good ones around.

If you were disappointed in your results today, lower your standards tomorrow.

Personally I don't build links on sites lower than a domain authority of 60. Google is cracking down on low quality sites and its really a waste of time. If you want to get a real boost focus on getting Government and Educational resource links, that is where the majority of my link building efforts are made.

    Hope this helps.

Just buy some good expired domains and you are good to go. If they are related to your niche then good otherwise change the meta data

Brevity is the soul of wit
