Incentivized Adsense?

From the TOS:
"Publishers may not ask others to refresh or click their ads."

Im thinking about posting a tittle on my movie blog "Click to watch movie" and put a bunch of adsense ads right below it instead of content...

Would you say this counts as incentivized? and how could google find out? Do they really go check websites. I don't think I would get an extraordinary amount of clicks anyway...

    Who cares whether Google found out or not.. but, how can you sleep at night promising your users something else when fully intending to give them something else.. and contribute more junk content and clutter up the internet.

    That sounds like a bad idea to me.

    Instead of trying to find ways around regulations, just focus on working within them....it will work out much better for you in the long run.

      The best layout is the one you find by testing different options to see what works best on your site with your audience.
