I'm not exactly the best webmaster, so I image this will loose PR pretty quickly. As my current 'Link Building' skill is around a PR1 - 2.
Currently though (checked today on prchecker.info) this is PR10.
I hate to say it, but there is only one valid PR10 domain on the planet and that is Google. All other "PR10" domains are fakes per what I know.

That's not true, but there are not many. Last count I saw was somewhere around 10 of them.

One of them I use regularly. Google of course. Would you like to share some other sites with PR10? It will be a pleasure.

Unfortunately I see this all the time. This is an extreme case but its amazing how many people buy domains without research and who refuse to spend any money preparing themselves (example? people who say Register compass is too expensive - $30 -then go out and spend hundreds of dollars on domains that are not good).

    Paul,

You just wasted some money. It is not a PR 10. The PR is fake. PR checkers like prchecker.info are easily fooled.

A real PR 10, would never go to auction and it would sell for millions of dollars.

No offense, but honestly your link building skill is 0 if you think you bought a "PR10" domain.

I totally agree with Codenaam. Rather than Google all site with PR10 must be fake and fake.

Why do people do stuff (any stuff- online or not) without first doing research? It would have taken about 1 minute doing a simple Google search on the topic of PR10 to realize it isn't something you just go an buy.

This make me think of "I am entitled" and the "shoot first ask later" syndrome.. I don't get it.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but (ROFL) how much did you pay?

Paul there are 19 registered and validated PR10 pages, not domains, confirmed with Googleplex...

You have not bought one, a PR10 *open* or *for sale* page, would be able to create $10's of thousands of $'s a month, just in text links.

Would suggest you stop your payment or get a refund ASAP! :-)

absolutely no "props" to the seller. Its fraud to fake a PR10 and sell it. Criminals don't need to be given props.

Thanks for the replies, I didn't pay too much for it and I don't really care about the cost.

After some investigation, it's actually PR6.
In any case, what should I do with it?

      General question -

Isn't the time to ask what you are going to do with a purchase..I dunno....some time before you make a purchase?

      even if its an experiment.

Usually, yes. But I just wanted to experiment with a cheap expired domain name, not off to a flying start with the fake PR, but oh well.

Forget about all of the details, I suppose the question should be:
"What would do with this PR6 Domain".

        Unfortunately, I can't change titles.

Not trying to flame. If you thought the domain was a PR10 at first (obviously it's not) then you couldn't have verified the supporting backlinks (still wouldn't matter because none of us are getting a PR10). Now you say it's a PR6, did you prove it's a legit PR6 by checking backlinks?
