Product name model + review/s

Ok let's say product name and model gets 400 exact match searches a month. Now in Google auto complete and/related keywords at the bottom there is product name/model reviews. I go to keyword tool and there isn't exact match search volume.

If one is optimized for product name/model reviews how does one get searches and/or organic traffic since there isn't any exact match search data?

    You will still get traffic for Product name + review. You'll also get traffic from longtails, such as Product name specs, instructions, warranty, best price etc.

      To get more clarity. If my title is; medium widget lc 2357 review, will I also get traffic for medium widget lc 2357(without review). Because medium widget lc 2357 review doesn't have any search data but google shows it as a related keyword.

        You will but keep in mind that you probably won't get as much traffic, as websites like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy etc will be ranking higher than you. Outrank these and you will clearly get more traffic than + Review, though.

          I understand that. My main product model keyword review Amazon is #1 but not optimized well.

      As there are plenty of people who type in Bosch Drilling Machine and you would rank poor for that one if you left that part out. It also makes it easier to rank for the main keyword: "Drilling machines" when you do that.

      Would this work? When searching for a product to review in Amazon, see what Amazon uses in their title and/or description of the product.

      As an example from;
      Amazon.com: SKIL 3320-02 120-Volt 10-Inch Drill...Amazon.com: SKIL 3320-02 120-Volt 10-Inch Drill...
      Instead of: SKIL 3320-02 review

      Use: SKIL 3320-02 120-Volt 10-Inch Drill Press review

                You can keep first few words of the Amazon product title, you can add your own words too to make it natural...
