Will google suspend my account?

Hi folks,i just wanted to ask you a simple question.Will google ban me if i place my ads on my blog like in the picture shown below?



I mean next button is very close to advertisment so i thought i'm doing something wrong!

    No Google will not ban you. However, if your blog is new, I recommend waiting at least six (6) weeks before placing any ads it. With new blogs Google wants to see content without ads in the first few weeks.

    Also, Google does not like to see a lot of ads above the fold with very little content. Just make sure that the crux of your blog posts include useful and relevant information, and that your ads are an ancillary segment of your blog.

    you have an ad thats very close to an interactive part of your site.... is it likely that someone could "perceive" that you did that to get mis-clicks on the adsense ads? If the answer is anything other than "absolutely not" then you're taking a risk.

    my best advice to people is to put yourself in the shoes of the people spending money for these ads... if you were spending $XX per click and someone put one of your ads in a place that people could easily click on it accidentally and cost you money (with no hope of return from that customer) would that upset you? It would upset me....regardless if the publisher did it on purpose or not.

    ...its not worth the risk imo.
