Questions : Does using RSS Feed give you backlinks?

Guys,

Another question regarding link-building. Would really appreciate anyone can provide me some answer

Does using RSS Feed create backlinks for us as well?

1. Am i possible to create a content page with 1 anchor text pointing to my site. Using RSS Feed to strengthen my link with this content page since i am submitting to RSS Feed?

2. What does Pinging Do? Should i Ping the content page after i have submit the content page RSS feed?

3. Does all my Sites that i create for RSS feed need to install a RSS program to make the link work? Or by submitting them it's has already create a backlink for me [With the anchor text - which mean my site will be increase when they are searching my target anchor text]

4. Is RSS Bots good for doing this? i see the review is good, but just want to make sure whether can this software able to create things like this. Thanks

    1) Yes, it's mainly for sites that provide an rss feed (like wordpress), other websites will syndicate your content, and link back to you for it.

    2) pinging is a way to tell all the main blogging(/content) sites on the internet that you just updated your blog, this is usally done automatically for you.

    3) (i'm not sure if I understand 100% but...)if you use the right software, it should automatically create rss feeds for you, and you grab the rss feed url's, and submit them to the rss engine sites, and they'll create links back to you for all the items in the rss feeds.

    4) can't answer this one sorry, i usally submit to rss sites manually.

    Hmmm so it's does create backlinks for my target keyword as long as my RSS Feed on my content pages has submit to those directories.

    Ic, so pinging doesn't really give you any link building. It's for more people to view your updated content pages. Am i right to say that?

    I was thinking of using feedity.com to create different RSS feed for 1 site. which create more backlinks. I suppose right?

    Anyone can help whether does RSS Bots able to do as what i mention above? Really appreciate it.

      When you install a blog (Wordpress) it generates a blog feed for you, and most hosts offer automatic Wordpress installation.

      dont use godaddy for hosting or domains... use 1and1 for domains and hosting... alternative to hosting hostgator and their sister company seo-hosting.

    I have RSSBot and it basically just makes submitting rss feeds to a bunch of feed aggregators a lot quicker than submitting them manually. As far as the features you were looking for in software you might want to give Yahoo Pipes a try.

    Hey Zeppb,

    Just curious, you mention that RSSbot make submitting RSS Feeds to a bunch of feed aggregator. reading from the sales pages, they also updating the Feed aggregator which mean it's will continue working and up-to-date aggregator which we can create more reliable backlinks from them.

    If this is so, yes i think this is what i looking for.
    As for creating different RSS feeds. I think using any free DIY creator RSS Feed [you mention yahoo pipes] will be enough.

    Did you ping them through RSS Bot also once you submit them? Understand that it does not really help getting any backlink but only inform people that our link has update which you can click and read it. [Human traffic, but no spide claws]

    Am i in the right direction by explaining this way?

    Would appreciate someone can tell me whether are we able to get a specify URL for RSS Feed that being submitted to RSS Directories?

    Example : www.RSSDirectory.com/mysubmittedfeed

    A personal URL that create for each RSS Feed that we submitted to RSS directories? Does this ever exist? If so, are we able to track back the RSS feed that we submitted using those RSS Submission Tools? [RSS Bot, RSS Submit, etc]
