I have a query on my forum. I have the following urls for my homepage which obviously changes every day with the different posts on there.

http://www.relationshipsurgery.com
http://www.relationshipsurgery.com/group/all
http://www.relationshipsurgery.com/group/all/15/15 (changes for each page of posts on view using the page numbers on the homepage.

What is the best practice here. I have redirected relationshipsurgery.com to the www. verison but should I do anything about the others? Will Google see them as dup content?

Those are not duplicate URLs. In fact, for Google the below URLs are different even though they looks same -

    domainame.com/
    domainame.com

And to avoid this issue, we use canonical tag.

Actually, you should care about Duplicate content more. It might cause issue if you have same content for all the mentioned URL.

You can use Nofllow and NoIndex tag to avoid duplicate content penalty. Use these tags for all those pages/URLs which are not primary. (Pages which you don't want to rank in search engine)

Anyway, already there are issues. The Title tags and content is same for both URL -

    www.relationshipsurgery.com
    www.relationshipsurgery.com/group/all

Better approach will be the keep unique content for each URLs. And use Nofollow and NoIndex tag for all those URLs which are showing duplicate content.

An alternative to the noIndex strategy appropriate for cvases like a display and print version of a page, is to use the Cannonical tag to indicate the primary souerce of the content.
