Starting new wallpaper websites

want to start a set of wall paper websites. I seen lot of wallpaper site google adsense accounts are banned. Starting wall paper site is not a wise idea ? Any suggestions please.

      You wouldn't believe what people are buying from me, I doubt anyone around here would believe it, he$$ I can't even believe people buy some of the things I sell. Right now I'm selling evergreen stuff that I thought the entire world would know can be found online for free (public domain).

      As long as people are looking to buy this stuff I'm selling it...

      Wallpaper is an evergreen niche but it's risky If the webmaster doesn't have rights to the images/content, then again so is every other niche (especially when Adsense is involved).
