Does anyone specifically target Bing?

I've never really worried much about Bing, because they didn't seem as tough as Google. I've recently started getting clients more interested in Bing and I've noticed sites take longer to index there. Does anyone do anything SEO wise to specifically target Bing?

    Spam the hell out of your sites and you are in top 3 in Bing - it's pretty common.

    I have basically never ranked well in Bing/Yahoo - I don't know what metrics they are using, but definitately not close to Google at all.

    Well I have tried to rank one site on Bing in the past, they take a long time to index a site but if you just submit your site, remove it submit again on their webmaster tools it probably gets indexed.
    About ranking. Spam spam more spam. Most of the sites on competitive terms have tons of spam behind them and they never rank well on Google. World apart, quite difficult to rank on both but I have done that.

    But still the traffic is so low that it doesn't always make sense. Try their ppc, got some nice conversions

    It's true that google is the top search engine used all around the world but if you know yahoo beat google in july, so what I meant is that google is big but still yahoo and bing can also do wonders for you.

    Yahoo and Bing has the same ranking algorithms like Google.Just submit your site sitemaps to Bing webmaster tools and follow all the instructions there.

    After you start building backlinks you'll see that slowly you will start ranking in both Yahoo and Bing.And yes you are right about the sites taking longer to index there but after a time you will start seeing ranking movements.
