Why Google Ranks Blank Pages?

Hello,

Many times I have come across "blank pages" while searching on Google. Sometimes, these blank pages are ranked well in SERP, even some of them are under ten pages of Google SERP.

Few days past, I was searching "SEO jobs" keyword in Google.co.in. I'd gone through 4 pages with some useful results but pages were totally blank, which were posted on local classifieds and some were local company's job requirements.

I think if pages are blank, then there is no reason to rank or put them in SERP.
Such type of results badly effect on user experience.
So, do you people gone through such searches ever???

    No ! It can be kind of black hat technique by which we make font color and background color same and the viewer think this is blank page.
