hi,
i have a blog nich on (self help - self confidence -esteem )
can someone give me a list of self helps forums that can help me to get traffic in my nich :confused:

    Why don't you search for it (Google?) Done that for my niches (animals, insurances) and for a small country as the Netherlands i gained about 100+ forums within a hour.

    just use some search modifiers in Google.

    Search for something like "vBulletin Self Help"
    vBulletin is, of course, a popular forums software. Do the same search for all the other forum types and you should be good.

    Look for forums online, don't forget what systems they use! Like Mybb forum for example and there are some good more, so use this to find some good forums *use intitle function in Google! And don't just post to get post count, but also write some informative and good posts!

    Try to look for some forums that are related to your niche that allows signature. Before you join that forum, I just want you to look if there are some latest activities been going on in the forums. Would you join a forum that the last post was on August 2009?
