Keyword Research - Need Help

I am new to Market Warrioar and just wanted to check my first keyword research project.

I am working with a company, Mahopac Marine, who sells new and used motor boats in New York. Specifically they sell pontoon boats and stingrays for use on lakes in the area. In addition to sales they do boat service, repairs and storage. Used and new boats dealer for NY | Mahopac Marine

Based on using Market Samurai, it appears that I should focus my efforts on the following keywords

"pontoon boats for sale"
"stingray boats"
"boat wraps"

My only concern is the PBR for "pontoon boats for sale" which is very low. When I did a permutation analysis, it wasn't helpful at all.

Can you please let me know if you agree with my analysis and if there is anything else I should be doing or thinking about before moving ahead.

    In all honesty, nothing on that page you are looking at is at all useful except the search volume. For a client like this, I wouldn't waste time targeting any of those keywords. You said they sell boats in New York City. So ranking #1 for "pontoon boats for sale" is not going to do them much good when they get search traffic from San Diego, Tampa, New Orleans, etc.

    You need to look at keywords that are relevant to their market.
