This is one of the backlink checkers I use: scrapebox.com/free-link-checker
I'm using SEO Spyglass and it works just fine for me though.

the scrapebox tool checks your backlinks against a list you provide, it won't find links from nowhere.

I like ahrefs for that purpose.

market samutai is best back link checker tools. but this tool is paid. but opensiteexplorer and backlinkwathch are free link checker tools.

I always use Ahrefs for this, it's really accurate, good and easy to use and the information is enough (I really like the opportunity to see WHEN did a website get a specific backlink!)

seo linkwatch is so bad tool , i do not like this tool , i wonder still some people using this tool , opensiteexplorer much better then that tool . so please do not use that tool .

I'll recommend Link Research Tool.
Its a paid tool. Not only to check your back links but it also analyzes that which link is toxic or even suspicious.

It's free now for marketing reasons but I think they'll be soon put a hefty pricing tag on it. So seriously if need some sites to check quickly and save the data for later, do it now. I've just used it to check one of bloggers in the writing niche to find 13k backlinks in just a second and download the list in excel.

But I guess none of these work very well for blogger blogs as google as one create backlink for aaa.blogspot.sg and still the backlink will count for aaa.blogspot.com

Is there any software to account this for blogger blogs?
