Hello gentlemen I have done a few courses on SEO and I am always getting new tip on in page SEO
And also pay a guy from this forum 100 a month for SEO job and this is what he offers for that 100, I am not and expert.

Forum Profile PR 4-9
EDU/GOV Links
Directory Submissions
Article Submissions
Blog Comments
Wiki Submissions

Maybe 100 is not a lot for many people but if you are not making any money is 100 less in your regular job pay check only on that.

I have benn working with this person for 3 month and I haven't had 1 extra visit to my blog.

So I am thinking about changing this company, been honest I don't' mind to add some extra cash if I get results.

Can anyone recommend someone that can actually deliver what they promised?

Regards

Alejandro Britos

    Alejandro,

I would recommend doing some research into a SEO in general so you'll be a more educated consumer, otherwise you can be falling into the hype of SEO sales.

Do you track your rankings yourself or do you blindly pay a guy $100 to "do SEO?"

From what you have described of the service you are using, your site is in the wrong hands and you are paying to much for the quality of links being build. Hopefully there hasn't been any damage done with the links that have been created so far.

Did you do keyword research first before you outsource it to your "go to guy"? Maybe it's one reason why your blog had no visits, because you are not tracking what's wrong with it, and you should plan in fixing everything to get your blog some traffic.

If those are the tactics they're using you could easily go buy a nice steak dinner and do all that stuff yourself.. in the end you'll get deindexed either way.

Forcing SEO never works long term....it takes time, hard work and luck.... not outsourcing.

When it comes to increasing the number of visits through organic traffic can be hard and it takes time. Sometimes it will take a year ans sometimes half a month. Just be patient and also checked the backlinks your SEO friend is doing on your blog if it is quality links or not.

I can't judge the way your guys works for you. What matters to me is the resources of those link building methods.

Forum Profile PR 4-9 - What kind of forums did he participate to? Is it targeted? What approach did he make?

EDU/GOV Links - I can't say anything from these types of links because I don't really believe in what many believe that these types of links are good.
Directory Submissions - Ask the list of the directory websites where he submitted your site.
Article Submissions - What kind of article did he submitted? what is the direction of the articles?
Blog Comments - What approach did he do in doing blog commenting? Did he just say something irrelevant to the post and drop a link? Ask for the list of link and his comments.
Wiki Submission - Was all submission successful?

It is necessary to ask the list of those built links for further analysis. If you can't analyze the thing, you can ask one of the members of this forum to analyze the work.

Any way, the link building methods you have listed are not much effective these days, you need to get links from where you get some traffic, this way you can do SEO today.. it helps in SEO too..

If you are new to SEO then first of all, you need to do it practically yourself, so that you can understand each thing...

Hey thank you for the advice, I actually agree with all mentioned here
the only thing is I am way to busy for doing SEO myself, that is why I pay
a guy that looks decent and recommended by Sean Donahoe to look after it

I just decided to stop paying and get someone else; I am all about making money
And sealing as much as possible but if you don’t deliver you are ******* idiot

I remember I bought a plugging it was promote-me- pro and it was the shitest, never worked
I lost like a week or two on that rubbish.

If I do the same in my business I would be out of it by now, just something to think about

The EDU/GOV links will probably be the best of the bunch, assuming the EDUs/GOVs are theme-related and aren't flooded to the eyeballs with outbound links. (Warning: As always, highly speculative!)

I'm very much wary of profile backlinks and blog comments, for two reasons: (1) I can imagine Google and other SEs would want to discount those links; (2) I can't imagine detecting forum profiles and blog comments to be all that technically difficult.

    Hi

There are few ways to drive traffic to your website and rank high in Google.
    - Video - add in your website url in the video
    - Article Marketing - create back links to your website
    - Blogging - start blogging and connect with visitors

Start by allocating one hour every day to drive traffic to your website rather pay someone to do it for you.

Include relevant content, relevant to your page description and Meta keywords.
Instead of changing your URL or redirecting from your old URL to your new URL, follow Google's procedure on URL changes to make sure your new site doesn't get skipped, or just avoid URL changes if you can.
Don't post duplicate content on your site, so if you quote another page only include a small excerpt and don't repeat your own content on multiple pages.

If his work is efficient, then $100.00 per month is a LOW price... I know people that will charge $500/month for this. But they will place your website on 1st page in less than 2 weeks... Just article submissions for example is different. If you do 10 articles per month, it's a slow stragey, while if the article writer can write 50 UNIQUE articles per month, then this is much more efficient and will NOT cost LESS than $250/month. Just to explain you some things!

Charging you $100 for that? You know what that guy is doing? Paying $5 to a guy in Fiverr to do the work and keeping the rest.

Buying backlinks will hurt your traffic in the long run

Don't waste your money dude. With a bit of research, you could have bought yourself a tool to do a better job, and it would probably cost less too.
