If I research using longtail pro:

Boat rides in Paris

I look at the top 10 results and they all have boat rides in Canada in the title but not my exact keyword,

Does this mean I can rank 1 for Boat rides in Paris?


The keyword above is an example not the one im using.

    in a nut shell: Check global searches are not to high or to low. Search in google and check if theres any SEO done. Do titles have exact match? does the description have all keywords? does the url have the exact match? If they do have exact match or partially matched ... you can look them up in majesticseo.com to see what kind of citation and trust flow they have.

    If you think you can beat them .. by all means go for it.
