I am new to adsense.Looking forward for your help to my question.

Is it worth to buy high CTR themes for adsense website?Such themes help to earn good money?

What type of WordPress themes we should use for site? professional,premium or free?

The template should be 2 or 3 columns? or should I hire designer for making themes/cutomizing themes as I want ?
