Webmaster Tools >Google Index >Remove URLs is the fastest way.

That should at least prompt them to visit your site. Do you know how often they crawl? What is your last cache date?

After you're done with what Elle told ya, go here:

    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

and ask Google to crawl it. It is an almost immediate way to update it

    Hi,
Already you have done "Disallow: /" at robots.txt file.
Now you can remove all indexed URLs through webmaster tools.

You remove your all URL from Google Web master tool and it take some days for updation. Than other complete the task of roborts.text file than Google not visit your site and than you delete or remove your site from Google Web master.
