    When I am looking at a program like this, I find an informative step is to look and see how they are getting links to their site.
    ex. Site Explorer - Search Results
    I can see that they have an advertisement on Pandia which is a PR 7 site, as well as some other homepage type links that may be purchased. The also seem to have employed some blog comments
    ex. Suggest Free Web Resources

    So by studying what they did, you can get an idea of what they would be doing for you (maybe blog comments). It seems apparent to me that they achieved the pagerank of 5 on their homepage by purchasing a PR 7 link from Pandia and a few other sites too. So at this point I am unclear on how their own program might be working for their own site.
