how google index keywords work

Hello,

I want to know that how google index keywords work. i mean that i have fashion blog and i have few keywords such as (Bollywood News, Hollywood News, Celebrity Fashion, Latest Fashion News) and i have done on-page these keywords but they are not indexed in google. i have check 50 pages in google search engine. i want to know that what is the best way to index keyword in google that i have selected for my website.

    Note that it is not keywords that get indexed but the pages of your site. If you can’t see the pages of your site in Google search results, chances are that they aren’t indexed. You can fix that by submitting your site to Google Webmaster tools and also by making sure that your robots file is not excluding Googlebot from crawling your website.

      Sir all pages of my blogs are indexed in google when i search in google this line
      Keyword site:my-blog-url so google show me the keyword page. i have checked all the keywords one by one. but when i type only keyword so google does not show my keyword page in 50 pages. please help me to indexed keywords i think now you understand what i am saying.

        Your confusing the word index with ranking, two completely different things.

    Just my 2 cents, do not go into Gossip news my friend, it's a disgustingly difficult niche to deal with. I know I'll probably get a lot of negs from this, but as I said, it's just my opinion. It's a niche you want to avoid unless you're already established. I had a website based on 10 very famous celebrities, and the main problem was the amount of emails I received saying you can't post this that the other etc. Pick something very specific within that sector if you are going to go into it, your keywords are too generic.

    - Submit your blog to popular blog directories
    - Promote your blog post on social networking websites
    - Submit it to trafficable social bookmarking sites
    - Publish quality wall posts/ teasers on your profile page
    - Promote your blog on niche related forums and online communities

    Just by embedding your keywords on meta tags wont get your website listed in top of search engines for those keywords.

    You need to have a quality landing page for those keywords, and then index your web pages using google webmaster tools or start getting back links to those web pages.
