Do you have a contact page and privacy policy page? If you don't this could be a reason - did you read their TOS?

I got rejected the first time because I didn't inform visitors of cookies - got an email from them about having a privacy policy page - I set one one up and then they accepted me:

I use the shit out of cookies on my site. never got an email.

If your site is new with little or no traffic they will be more scrict but if you have a semi-established site, lots of good content, subcribers/visitors, etc. they wont bat an eye at you not having a privacy policy and all that.

putting adsense on a new site is dumb anyway because it immedietly tells google what your purpose of that site is....its not providing a good user experience obviously its for you to profit.

He was talking about having the required Privacy Policy page that tells traffic about cookies.

I know what he was talking about. Never needed it.

I only see a problem with new sites being targeted. They will want everything in order for new sites.

But once they see you are not a spam site they become more laid back.

                You know what's funny?

How does required content mean temporary?

All I'm saying is new sites get scrutinized but an older site doesnt get rejected for simply for NOT putting up a privacy policy.

If this is how you wrote the content on your site, then that is a common reason that a lot of sites are getting rejected lately --> poor grammar.
