SEO meta tags, keywords, descriptions

Hi friends,
I have started SEO learning few days ago. I have already learned some things. but I can't understand how shall I include meta tags, keywords, descriptions in the website which is made by HTML code. Plz help me.

    All the meta attributes are comes in head section, means <head> [Meta Attributes] </head>

    Placed all the above mentioned code into the head section.

    However, "<meta name="keywords" content="keywords here"/>" don't use this. They are useless, and Google has said they don't look at them anymore.

    When I see these, I just thanks web masters for telling me what keywords they are going after.

      Hey "HeadStartSEO" you are right but i think not 100% because some of the search engines are still considering these meta description.
