need help with popup page Ads

hi , i wanna make an popup ads for my site , i created an adzone on my ads system then i added some pages to it and it gives me a Direct code , but i don't have any idea what should i do with this code ? i want when a user click on anywhere in my site for first time it opens the popup ads page , so can anybody tell me how can i make it work like that with that Direct link from Add zone ?
