Can't Create a New Facebook Ads Account!!

Hi fellow warriors, after getting my Facebook ads account banned last year and then moving over to Bing, I decided to fire up a new FB account last week after reading lots of success stories over on stackthatmoney. After several tries, I'm still having challenges creating a new account. I even went to my parents house last weekend, used my mom's laptop (different IP and she's never logged into FB) and her credit card...and bam, her account gets disabled immediately after creating the first ad. So very frustrating!!

Any recommendations on what others have done successfully (pre-paid credit card, using fake names, going to an internet cafe, waiting a week or so to create ads, etc. etc.)?
