Hi,

I am new to Ads marketing like Adword, Adcenter or facebook ads. I need advise which one I should use. I am in Finland and I tried to get vouchers but they are only for US or canada or UK. Please help me:

1) Is there anyway to get vouchers for Finland?
2) my site niche is student/education, which platform I should use? I mean facebook/adcenter or adword?
3) How much facebook/adword/adcenter ; they charge for per click or per view?

Please advise.
