I got this Mail Today ...
"As mentioned in our welcome email, we conduct a second review of your AdSense application once AdSense code is placed on your site(s). As a result of this review, we have disapproved your account for the following violation(s):

Issues:
- Site does not comply with Google policies"

Can anyone tells me whats it means? What are the problems with my site? is it about copied content? so how can i find copied content in my site?

The question is how did you place the ads in your site??.... I got approved for adsense like 3 weeks ago and I placed my ads on my sidebar. You probably did something wrong.

I was PM'd the site. Its NEVER going to get approved. It is a useless site that is very poorly written - in fact the English grammar is shockingly bad.
No content is copied, but it just parrots what is already available on a zillion other sites and adds nothing UNIQUE or COMPELLING to the topics that Adsense requires.

Why do you need us to tell you if you copied content? You should know if you copied other peoples work or not!

So if you are copying stuff, then you are acting illegally and the site is not going to get adsense.

Btw I mentioned copied content stuff because you cant write your own content when you deal with education related stuffs like jobs etc ... For example if you are going to write something about job available for freshers you wont add additional stuffs ... you need to copy the company information from there website only ... like i am posting a job for IBM ... i cant write by myself about IBM history i need to look up on their history and copy and paste it ... I hope you got it what i am trying to say! :p

which is exactly why Adsense don't want sites that parrot that info!!!!

Copied Content! I think Everyone Does that as far as i know ... i have seen many websites who run adsense have many copied content ... then why my site rejected ... though i dont have much copied content ... I think my site is 4 months old that might be one of the reason :p ... after 2 months again i will apply for adsense then will see else i dont care i will try to find some real job other than this one

I suggest you get a real job now. Your site will again be rejected as "not complying with google's policy". As i said above:

Like what cbpayne says, you can keep trying all your life but don't even dream to get site like that approve for adsense...so why not focused on your pain on something else, who knows...

I used to be an AdWords advertiser. I was actually surprised at how many poor quality sites MY ads appeared on. And Google have fairly high barriers to entry...
