Google Results vs Yahoo/Bing Results

I recently started a website on a pretty specific niche that is quickly growing and within my first day of posting an article, I receive some traffic from both Bing and Yahoo searches. I have continued to post articles and have indexed all pages to Google, yet I still receive no traffic from google, and my website is not even in the first 30 pages of my targeted keyword when I search it on google, whereas on Bing and Yahoo it comes up in the top 6 results on the first page. I am pretty new to SEO, and this is a niche I am very interested in and would continue to do work on the site, if anyone could offer me some tips on how to start getting traffic from Google it would be greatly appreciated.

    Yahoo/Bing has a different algorithm than Google.
    For certain keywords it can be much easier to rank Bing compared to Google or with keywords it can be harder.

    Being a new site I would continue working on it and allow time for Google indexing and ranking. It may take a while depending on the keyword/niche competition.

    I like yahoo and bing, they dont penalize me. lol.

    If you rank for Google, you normally end up showing up in Bing/yahoo. I have found that it takes a bit longer though (dont confuse for harder), but rankings always stick.

    For new sites, it may take couple of months to stabilize or appear high in Google search results. The new sites usually not appear in G search results and this is what they call sandbox effect. But keep on doing your efforts and it definitely will pay later.

    Looking for tips about getting traffic from Google? There are 2 ways:

    1. Do SEO - researching keywords, create content, do link building then grab top ranking at Google.

    2. Paid traffic through Adwords

    Now Google takes into account several factors to rank a page unlike yahoo or bing. If you have quality content that attracts natural links and visitors then you should rank soon. Try and build some backlinks to your page that looks natural. Use social sites, bookmarking and web 2.0 sites for this. If its not a very competitive keyword you should be able to rank soon with some backlinks.

    google alghorthms are more complicated than bng and yahoo
    maybe it's better to rank higher on google but when you got good place in yahoo and bing
    it's nearly better!

    Traffic from Yahoo is good. However, the value of targeted traffic a site can get from Google is significantly more than you could get from Yahoo. Google has higher unique searches than any other search engines. More unique searches mean more potential monetization opportunity. Try to build more quality links from high authority domains and add unique content. Google will easily see your links if these are useful to the searchers.
