Floating Adsense banner allowed?

Hey,

I have just put a new banner on one of my websites. It looks really good and follows the scrolling of the website. It was made possible by a WordPress plugin I found for free but will Adsense be OK with this or ban me?

    I don't know if it is allowed or not, but why do you want to force people to click on your ads? ...... The advertiser wouldn't be happy if he is spending money and nothing converts.

    IMO there should not be any problems as far as it (banner) is not covering or covered by any of the page contents.

    I would be very careful .Google can suspend your account at any time and I will be very difficult opening another one.

      Trust me, it doesn't look very good to your visitors....

      And it is against TOS, on many levels.

      They may suspend you before banning, however.

    Yeah I have seen it in there policies since I wrote this. It actually says do not place the code in floating banner scripts. Thanks for the replies. =)
