Unique visitors and adsense !

I have 400 unique visitors / day coming to my french website , which is a site giving information about scarlet fever, endocarditis ....
i am using adsense , but i only make 3-4 $ / day
is there a better monitization methods ?

i mean i think i should make lot more from 10K unique visitors / month

    for your niche that's actually not bad at all...your ctr is probably terrible and your cpc is probably awesome... so you're basically averaging out to about 1% ctr and $1 cpm...which isn't really that bad.

    If you need to make more money from this site id advise selling some sort of product because you're going to need a hell of a lot more traffic for higher adsense earnings imo.

      $1 CPM would be bad. He is averaging $10 CPM, which is not terrible.

    As far i think you get good amount there. I have one blog with 50+ unique visits a day but only making $3-4 in months sometime it crosses $7 but it occasionally average is same as you in day but for me the months.

    To get more clicks and more revenue you need to get more tageted traffics as well as edit the ads you want to target on. Also you can use other ad network to get more.

    Have you done any seo before, if not then start with seo and then go for advertising. To give a boost it's necessary that you start advertising on local sites/classifieds.

    What about your ad placement? Talking $1 per 100 or 1000 or whatever means nothing by itself. Where are your ads on the page?
