Only if the person is selling you a guest blog post on a relevant site.

It used to be a really great method but nowadays you can actually get pentialized for this types of spammy links...
    I would avoid them!

I had a client, who thought he would help me out a bit by spending over $6000 on Fivver in less then 3 days. That worked out at about 1 gig ordered every 4 minutes, it also worked out with a total tank of his site, and a loss of a $45k contracted client.

My short time on this forum has made me realize that those in the know how to rank group, are a lot rarer then I ever imagined. And should I really be discouraging anyone away from this crap? When at the end of the day, they are keeping G team too busy to go looking for me.

You know that feeling when the blood rushes out of your head and you feel like your gonna just drop dead. Would be an understatement to how I was that day. He sent me the fiverr logins to ask me to review the links . He was so happy about it. I might still have them logins somewhere, try get the sickest screenshot you would ever see.

Did he not ask for your advice about that first???!!! :p That would be like me going to my financial advisor and saying "Hey man, I just bought $10000 worth of stocks, aren't you proud of me?!! Now I'm going to the casino, gonna rake in there too!!"

Sitting on 4th for one of the most competitive kw you could imagine and ranking about 100+ decent others, making good conversions. They slipped to 9th and hit the panic button (Order Gig Button)

The site came right back to 3rd after a few days. It was then I got the email saying, look we helped you out we are third, we rock kind of email. Helped me how? Let me see what you bought....OMFG>>

I do have in all contracts about not allowing any other provider do SEO at the same time, but I guess they read that as an ok for them to do some. I refunded them half of their last payment and noted that it was for their new site build after they tanked and wished them all the best

I kept an eye on the incoming links, and watched a site go from a site with 8k good links, to indexing @10k per day (Majestic, imagine how many where built) for about a month. The site tanked at about 250k. Which is pretty much how I learned that Neg SEO does work.

I can't see any good thing about buying backlinks from Fiverr. Maybe the only one benefiting from that situation is the person selling (though not by much considering the cheap price). You would do better getting a few quality high page rank backlinks (easily accomplished with signature backlinks, etc), rather than mass spam backlinks which don't really relate to your website.

Don't do it. Matt Cutts wouldn't be too happy with you; you would be penalized.

Build 3-5 quality backlinks to your site manually using web properties like blogger, wordpress, weebly, squidoo etc. Now for your second tier backlinks you can buy fiver gigs pointing to these web 2.0 pages. This will give you better results and protect your money site from getting penalized.

Fiverr is not the place to buy quality backlinks , you will only get lots of spam links through softwares. It is better to build high PR backlinks manually or hire some one to do it for you ( if you dont have time). Prefer quality over quantity .

Why can't people provide useful information or not post at all? It's amazing that people just keep positing the same crap over and over again even though they have no clue what they are talking about. They do it just so they can get these signature to show up, and they think people actually care about there website: ie how I made $500 in my under ware - becoming a modern day snake oil salesman.

How about you post a method of finding relevant, high quality backlinks. This would be helpful to the original poster.

Frankly, I would avoid focusing on backlinks. Instead, focus on genuine content creation, then announce that content in YOUR networks - like your list, your facebook page, your g+ account, 2-3 other social sites you are a part of, 2-3 forums you are a part of etc.

Create 2 quality posts per day with 5-10 inbound links from YOUR network

    2 posts per day x 252 = 504 per year

times 5-10 links per post = up to 5040 per year

PLUS - if you submit some content to ezinearticles, you'll probably get RSS - feeded onto 25-50 sites or more - for 25-50 clean backlinks per article -

    Just a few thoughts -

Even if it was a churn and burn, I would only buy fiverr links to go to the second tier (as mentioned by veekay31). You just don't want to risk the types of links that might be created being sent directly to your money site. You can always pull the links you created manually. If you have a nuclear spam blast of fiverr links pointed to your site, you might as well start over.

It's good to buy gigs that sell blog posts on sites. Ask for url before buying. Check domain authority and make sure it's covering your niche. Never buy 200-...3k backlinks for 5$...you will loose much more than 5$.

Fiverr still have some quailty service providers who can build good high quality backlinks, but the chances for you to get a quality service like that is very very low that's why I avoid taking risk with fiverr backlinks.
