How To Find a Domain Broker

Hi Guys,
Just wondered how to find a quality domain broker who looks after new customers and doesnt just want to pass off his lesser domains ?
I`m only after 1 or 2 domains per month so I guess its not big business for a broker but I would pay alittle extra as the last guy I took advise from was crap the PR4 slipped to PR3 in the first PR update and the ones I reserched held or went up in PR
Anyway I`m looking to buy PR3/4 domains any advice ?
