  @OP everything seems to normal at my end. Mozcast weather was high on 19th and 20th nov. So not sure if there has been any changes lately but i am noticing pretty good SERP movements on all my keywords

Google make >500 tweaks/changes to the algorithm every year, so yes there is a pretty good chance that there is an update going on right now.

Google search results are so dynamic now that it is difficult to find out if it's due to an major update. I see changes in search results every day. Best is to wait for an official update from Google

Yes, Google is changing everyday..Expect something new everyday..May be your site is ranking or may be your site is going down..keep looking everyday..

  Yes i see it as well.
  Site that were sent to page ~100 few months ago are suddenly since of today are in page 2 and then after few hours goes away and new site that was sent to freezer few months ago are there on page 2 again.
  Page one also has many changes.
