Using Amazon abroad

Although I’ve been using different methods to earn Money online (adsense mainly), I’m new to the PPC World. English isn’t my first language so sorry if a make mistakes writing this. I was thinking about starting a store focused on Amazon products (using Wordpress). I want it to look professional so I’ll surely buy a plugin like WS Zon Builder or something similar.

The plan is to buy traffic for the website to make conversions. I was thinking about Adcenter, because Adwords is very strict on bridge pages, and I may get banned. Anyway, I was wondering if I could start campaigns directed to the American market (I’m from Spain). I’m not sure if Amazon only lets you create campaigns for Europe if you don’t live in America. I would still have UK, but I was thinking to extend it to the US and Canada. I’m not sure if this is allowed.

Of course, I’m still thinking to target the Spanish market, but it’s more difficult to sell things online. I would like to split my efforts between both markets.

I also read in this forum that Amazon is a bit picky on bridge pages with paid traffic as well, and they could suddenly close an account if we use Adwords or Adcenter. Is this true? Thank you in advance.
