    Though your question isn't clear but still i assume that you want to add meta tags for your blogspot post. There is no place where you can add meta tags in blogger posts specifically like wordpress. Your post title serve as the meta title. Your content serve as meta description and google does it best to auto generate and with the reent video of mattcutts google does it best avoiding duplicate meta description. As for keywords , you can use lebels to tag your post. You don't need to do anything else apart from that except posting high quality contents.
