Bing Ads is Disappointing

Hey Warriors,

I'm want to start using Bing Ads because I hear they offer pretty good traffic, only problem is they don't accept debit cards that require PIN's. I tried to counter this by connecting my Paypal account with my Bing Ads account (with the debit card that has the PIN on the Paypal account). I encountered yet another problem. After I confirm my Paypal account by logging in I get this error that says: "Bing ads is experiencing problems" and prompted to sign In again, which did not solve anything. This was really disappointing, I heard great things about Bing Ads. Yes I did have confirmed Paypal, checking, and Bing Ads accounts, all connected with each other. I contacted Bing and they only gave me vague uncooperative answers and suggestions. It's like there's no fix to this.... Anyone also have this problem??

It sounds like what you experienced is a temporary error. Give it some time and try to login again. I don't agree with nipon at all that BingAds is not worthwhile, their traffic is of the same great quality as AdWords, however the volume of traffic is much lower, but also clicks are cheaper.

How did you contacted them? Is it by a call or email? I think it would be much better if you will call their customer support to clarify things up. Sending emails won't solve anything.

I've been using bing for the last year with minimum results. You will need to do alot of testing to make it work

Bing Ads has worked just as well for me as Google Adwords in the older days. Conversions are decent on targeted keywords. The only issue naturally is the volume of traffic. It's nowhere close to Google's yet, so likely you will have to be promoting a lot more products in order to see some results.

I have only 1 question... Why do you prefer Bing Ads and Not GOOGLE ADWORDS? Do they offer free traffic?

      Hi patco,
The only reason why I prefer Bing is that they are still much less strict than Adwords. Particularly if you're an affiliate marketer. Adwords worked fine on that model only up to 2009, when many got banned. Quality score and Google slaps are also a lot stricter on Adwords.

      Cheers,
      Chris
