Google Could not Crawl my website

Hi,
I am really worry about my website, my website was going ON/OFF for a month because of hosting issue, but now i switch hosting successfully and now my web is ON, but problem is the webmaster tools shows me this message in crawling error "Google could not crawl your site because we were unable to access your site's robots.txt file". and Robot.text Fetch Icon is RED, i have attached screenshot, somebody help me please, what do i do to solve this crawling problem.
