All Link Analysis Tools show Different Data--What to do?

I am having a problem with determining how many links I have and studying my backlink profile for my website. 4 sources that I have used to do this show four different things. Google Webmasters is the most accurate as far as link count, but it does not show follow vs dofollow and other data. I like the data majestic shows but it is not picking up more than half my backlinks. Then other tools like Raven and SEOMoz show even fewer of the backlinks that I know I have. So I am wondering how anybody does accurate link analysis if all the tools show something different and are inaccurate. Which tool do you guys use that is consistent and accurate?

You will not fiend a 100% accurate source out there right now we need to do is average between each one.

I do not want to get into details about a back linking database because it's ridiculously deep.

You're doing it wrong if you're getting hung up by trying to fiend 100% accurate data

    None of them are accurate.

Even if you found one that was 100% accurate that wouldn't mean anything because you have no idea what BL may, or may not have been disavowed.

Focus your energies on doing something more constructive (like creating great content or helping people)
