Where to get backlinks for blog posts?

Where are places to get backlinks to blog posts on your site? Do you reference them in articles or even post the same articles from the blogs somewhere or use a feed to submit blog posts somewhere, etc....?

    Once the blog post is indexed on your site, you can submit it to article directories, web 2.0 sites, etc. This is a decent way to build links, but they won't be very high quality.

    I love blogging communities!.They offer some of the finest platforms for interacting with other bloggers and building relationships with them - and they also provide quality backlinks to your site. You can easily share your articles with the community and other users can then comment your article and give it a "thumbs up" which is a voting system used within these communities.

    You'll want to get backlinks from your Google+ page and Facebook. Even if your links are no follow, they're still promotional and will likely drive traffic.
