Blog or OTO?

Hey warriors i thought you guys could help me decide which is better.
So im making a website to help smbs get more customers to their business i already have the business planned out i just havent decided on what is the best sales funnel to promote. So my idea is to promote ads to SMB owners on facebook, im going to get them to sign up to my list to be the first to know when my services are available, so once they signup to my list, i was thinking about sending them straight to an OTO giving the SMB owners, a chance to get a discount on my services if they join my membership offer now, before my services actually launch, since ill be chargeing more once my services offically release. So i was wondering would it be a better idea too send them straight to an OTO for them to pay a join now since theyre already interested in my services? or should i send them to a blog telling them more about my service features and the benifits, and then just promote the OTO thru ads on the side of the blog, and thru my autoresponder? Any opinions are welcome, and thanks
