Google Keyword Planner Question

Does Google's Keyword Planner show all monthly exact match searches for a particular keyword or only the number of searches for the particular keyword by people who remain logged in on their Google accounts?

If the numbers that it shows are from only people who are logged in, then the numbers may be significantly lower than the actual number of people searching for a particular keyword. Right?

    It is all searches on the search network for a particular keyword.

    The tool was built for advertisers to plan advertising campaigns. Naturally, ad impressions appear for all users, regardless of whether they are logged in, or not.

    Google Keyword Planner never show the accurate search volumes. If you check for some keywords on keyword planner and also check them on Keywordspy, you will get completely different search volumes..

      Hi Tashiads,

      So what make you think that Google's data is inaccurate? Keywordspy doesn't have all the data that Google does, they only have a small random sampling of data they use to extrapolate an estimate. Wouldn't it be more reasoable to assume that it is Keywordspy's data is inaccurate, since they are just making a guess, and Google has the complete dataset, and do not need to guess?
