you just disallow the dynamic url for your robots.txt file. you can add the below line in your robots.txt file.

Disallow: /*?

I can't change robots.txt file because it is automatically generate on my site. Is it possible to remove URL from webmaster. Manually, Possible URL remove from the webmaster tools.

That's a weird system - usually you can at least change the settings. Doesn't matter, though. You were given another route to the same end result. Just make those links 404 and/or remove them from GWT.

If the URLs already got indexed in Google, then create a 404 page in the website, redirect those invalid urls to 404 pages. Go to your Google webmaster tools remove all indexed urls using the Remove url options. Resubmit your xml sitemap.

Those are paginated links/URLs, use canonical tags.

If URL generated automatically, their is a one main URL and other are duplicate once, so in main URL add link rel canonical tag in head section, and when new URL generated with the help of main one, this tag is automatically placed and google see you point the main URL in link rel canonical tag so, they indexed only your main URL not other automatically generated duplicate one
